Welcome to JL999. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the JL999 online gaming platform, including our website at jl999.org, our mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

Each player may hold only one active account on the JL999 Platform. Duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts are strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. JL999 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not access your account on shared or public devices without logging out afterwards.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• JL999 staff will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

All players are expected to use the JL999 Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, dishonest, or illegal purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated bots or scripts.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity.
• Abusing promotions or bonus offers in bad faith, including creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or JL999 staff.

JL999 actively monitors for suspicious activity. Accounts found in violation of these conduct rules may be suspended, permanently closed, and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

JL999 supports deposits and withdrawals through payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.

• All funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the relevant Platform pages.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of supporting documents before processing.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. JL999 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but actual transfer times depend on third-party providers.
• JL999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Transactions in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP) are processed at the rate displayed at the time of the transaction.

JL999 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal back to your account balance if verification requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

JL999 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, validity periods, and eligible games. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• JL999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to using multiple accounts or exploiting wagering loopholes — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• Promotions tied to Philippine national holidays, PBA seasons, or major sporting events are subject to the specific event terms published at the time.
• Only one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per device is permitted.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bonus or promotion, the decision of JL999 is final. Players who believe a bonus has been applied incorrectly should contact our support team promptly.

JL999 offers sports betting, esports betting, basketball betting, and various online casino games. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. JL999 will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet unless an error on our part is demonstrated.
• Odds and markets are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the odds that apply.
• In the event of a technical fault or obvious pricing error, JL999 reserves the right to void affected bets. Voided bets will have stakes returned.
• JL999 may impose maximum bet limits on any market, game, or player at its discretion.
• For live and in-play betting, bets placed during a temporary suspension of a market — due to a goal, key event, or system delay — may be voided at JL999's discretion.
• Results for sporting events, including PBA basketball matches and international esports tournaments, are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body.

JL999 is committed to protecting the personal information of all players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• The JL999 name, logo, and brand are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JL999 and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from Platform downtime or technical issues.
• Errors, interruptions, or delays in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages or third-party service failures.
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

JL999 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical updates, or unforeseen outages may temporarily affect availability. We will endeavour to notify players in advance of planned maintenance where possible.

JL999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A player violates any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player's account shows signs of money laundering or is flagged by our financial monitoring systems.
• A player provides false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the player.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, JL999 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, legitimate balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

JL999 may revise these Terms at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify players through an in-platform notification or via the contact details associated with your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
